Aya Abu Ghazaleh

Born in 1991, Aya Abu Ghazaleh is a Visual Artist and Art Therapist, with a BA in Visual Arts and a Professional Diploma in Art Therapy from The University of Jordan, erasmus+ programme. 

Her work interest explores the intersection of nature and memory, family archives, sustainability, and the use of digital tools. She believes that art making is a powerful tool for resistance and healing.

Aya has received several production grants, participated in residencies, and exhibited her works in several countries, and has worked on numerous programs and workshops as an art teacher and art therapist.

Her artworks can be found in Palestine Museum.US, C.A.B. Gallery, Rotana Hotel/Amman, Jordan Ministry of Culture and Princess Tharwat Al Hassan collection, and other private collections in Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain, Turkey, UK, Palestine, Italy, KSA, UAE, France, Canada and USA.
