Aula Al Ayoubi, born in Damascus, Syria, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the Department of Mathematics from the University of Damascus. She furthered her education with a Diploma in Rehabilitation Education from the same university. Aula is also a graduate of the Fine Arts Institute of the Ministry in Damascus, obtaining a technical post.
Al Ayoubi has showcased her work in numerous solo exhibitions globally, demonstrating her dedication and passion for art. In 2019, her solo exhibition titled “Spring Revolution” was held at Beacon Gallery in Boston, MA, marking another milestone in her artistic journey. Other notable solo exhibitions include “Heavenly Fruit” at Tajalliyat Gallery in Beirut, Lebanon (2016) and “Aula Al Ayouby” at Tilal Gallery in Shuwaikh, Kuwait (2013).
Al Ayoubi’s participation in group exhibitions has further solidified her presence in the art world. Her works have been featured in prestigious exhibitions such as “Voyages of Exploration” at Sprinkler Factory, Worcester, MA (2019), “Radical Love: Female Lust” at The Crypt Gallery in London, UK (2017), and “Trobada Internacional of Art Mediterrani” at Es Polvorí Foundation in Baleares, Spain (2016).
Aula Al Ayoubi has received awards such as the 3rd prize at the Festival Hobbies of Teachers and Learners in Kuwait City, Kuwait (2007) and an award from the General Organization for Exhibition and International Markets in Damascus, Syria (2004).
Her artwork is housed in various collections worldwide, including the Al Sabah Family collection in Kuwait, Abdullah Al-Shaheen’s collection in Kuwait City, and the Modern Art Museum in Kuwait City. Aula’s pieces also grace private collections in Syria, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Ireland, and the United Arab Emirates, including the esteemed collection of Sultan Sooud Al-Qassemi. Aula Al Auiby’s diverse artistic contributions continue to captivate audiences and leave a lasting impact in the realm of contemporary art.
